Why I Believe So Strongly in Team Ministry
Troy Temple wrote,
“The best model of discipleship is team ministry.”
I agree. These past years have reshaped my understanding of mission. Ministry cannot be sustained through individual talent, but through collective calling. When believers serve together, the church becomes a powerful force for spiritual renewal and kingdom growth.
Team ministry unleashes potential.
Team ministry multiplies impact.
Team ministry reflects the unity of Father, Son, and Spirit.
This is why I lead with teams — and why I believe collaborative ministry is God’s most effective platform for advancing His kingdom.
