The Grateful One • Thanksgiving That Transforms

Jesus was traveling toward Jerusalem when ten men with leprosy stood at a distance, calling out for mercy. They were outcasts — isolated, forgotten, and cut off from society. Yet in just a few words, Jesus changed everything:
“Go, show yourselves to the priests.”
And as they went, they were healed.
But one man — a Samaritan — did something unexpected. He turned back. He ran to Jesus. He fell at His feet. And he gave thanks with a loud voice.
Jesus asked the leadership question every generation must answer:
“Were not ten healed? Where are the other nine?”
Only one returned.
Only one was grateful.
Only one received not just healing — but wholeness.
