🕊️ THE WAY | THE LEADER’S DAILY WALK

    📜 Background:
As Israel journeyed through the wilderness, Moses found himself overwhelmed by the endless stream of disputes and decisions that came before him daily. The leader who once confronted Pharaoh now faced a quieter, but equally exhausting, challenge — the strain of trying to lead alone. It was then that God sent help in an unexpected form: his father-in-law, Jethro.

    📖 Exodus 18:18

“The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone.”

    💭 Thought for the Day
True leaders learn to multiply themselves by empowering others. Moses discovered that delegation was not a sign of weakness but of wisdom. When he listened to Jethro’s counsel, he moved from exhaustion to effectiveness, and the people flourished. Leadership is not about doing everything — it’s about building others who can carry the vision. Ask God today to show you who can stand beside you in the work.

✝️ Walk the Way. Lead with Grace.
