3️⃣ Servant Leadership Is Not Weak — It Is Theological Strength
Robert Greenleaf popularized the term “servant-leader,” but Jesus embodied it first:
“The greatest among you should be like the youngest, and the one who rules like the one who serves.” (Luke 22:26)
Servant leadership is not passive.
It is not indecisive.
It is not insecure.
It is authority under submission to God.
Jesus washed feet — but He also overturned tables.
Servanthood does not eliminate conviction.
It purifies motive.
The leader-first mentality asks:
“What position do I hold?”
The servant-first mentality asks:
“What people am I forming?”
That distinction matters — especially in ministry.
