Faith and Leadership Reflection
In Proverbs 27:6, we read: “Faithful are the wounds of a friend.” Sometimes leadership means saying what others won’t — acknowledging failure so that true growth can begin.
Passing a child who isn’t ready is easy. Advocating for intervention takes courage, compassion, and conviction. Educational leaders must be willing to confront discomfort to restore dignity to the learning process.
