25 Years of Transformational Leadership within the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World
A Formal Tribute in Honor of
SUFFRAGAN BISHOP DR. SHARON ROLLE
Overseer, Transformation Group of Churches
Senior Pastor, Transformation Ministries International
On this sacred occasion, we celebrate twenty-five years of leadership at Transformation Ministries International — a ministry that now serves as headquarters for the Bahamas & Turks and Caicos Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (BTCC PAW).
Yet this celebration stands within something larger than one congregation.
It stands within a council.
It stands within a movement.
It stands within a history that stretches back over a century.
The Bahamas & Turks and Caicos Council was founded through the labor of early stalwarts of faith — men and women whose names are etched in the spiritual memory of this fellowship. Before present leadership, there were bishops, elders, evangelists, mothers, and saints who carried the apostolic witness through decades of growth and challenge. Today, more than twenty-one congregations form the BTCC family of churches — each contributing prayer, sacrifice, leadership, and vision to the ongoing expansion of the work.
This anniversary honors that collective heritage.
Within that broader history, Suffragan Bishop Dr. Sharon Rolle’s twenty-five years of pastoral leadership represent both continuity and contribution.
