Genesis 41–47
Although Joseph became Egypt’s chief administrator, he never worked in isolation. Pharaoh entrusted him with a national administration that required countless officials, record keepers, overseers, and laborers to store grain and distribute resources throughout the land.
Joseph’s leadership was collaborative rather than isolated.
His wisdom multiplied because it was shared through an organized community of servants.
Years later, this same network enabled Joseph not only to preserve Egypt but also to provide food for surrounding nations, including the very brothers who had betrayed him.
